This connection between owner/company and brand/
and employees they
are both parts that represent each other equally. They are a key factor in establishing success.
There is tolerance by your audience for very little. Anyone or anything that doesn’t
live up to what it is supposed to be what you are hoping to present can become questioned and/or challenged. People are smart,
although we live in a dumb-ed down world today. They are still smart in certain areas and they will pick up on many things
that don’t seem to be right between owners and their employees, and their brand.
Without a Brand, You will not Communicate Your Message Well of Who/ What or How You are; to the General Population!
Be they potential Customers, Fans, Readers, Supporters, and/or Investors.
Branding is not about a Logo, a Slogan or an Image only! It is a process of extracting
what you are as a Business, a Person, and/ or a Company. And what it is that you do for your
customers. And then communicating that with one complete, unified identity. There are Many companies who have and still
do this very well. Allstate very have a problem don’t worry Your in Good Hands with them. Like a good neighbor State
Farm is there! These Slogans along with their Jingles Paint Precise Pictures. And they reassure the general Population not
only a target section of It they project an Image like no other does or now can.
Proper branding is critical for your long term success. A lot of people think of branding as the Logo, the
Slogan, or The jingle. But in reality, branding is managing the thoughts and feelings of your customers.
To not Paint this Image and ensure them that you are the one capable of meeting
their needs. Is setting your self up for failure. Your Brand is like a Medal of Honor or a Badge of Authority. If it is not,
you need to figure out where the gaps are and how to address them while sealing them gaps Up! This will not always be easy,
as “the customer is always right“, but there in lies your “Proof”
your best indication of whether or not you are hitting that mark; with your brand.This may be hard to hear, but we are not
100% in control of our brands. They come into their own, through our performances Past, Present, and Future and our reputation
to holding to those Performances.
What you are in control of is doing everything
that you can! And doing your best to keep it all aligned with who you wish to be at all times. Hey! No one is prefect. Not
here in our little shrinking world. Not a single one of us!
Let me explain. What you are really responsible for is setting the direction
for what your brand is painted as. Everything that you do and say will be digested by your audience, and their impressions
are the Bread and Butter and the Pudding of what your brand image it is and what it is suppose to be. For with out fail the
general population will let you Know one way or the other, if they see what you think
you project.
Creating a brand is never something you do once! It is not a set it and forget it deal. And letting it run its own
course could be detrimental to the life blood of the Business, Company, or Your selves. Rather, it is a constant process of
keeping your painted picture in touch with your Niche customers. As well as projecting that picture to the rest of the General
population. Your Tomorrow Customers that could not afford you yesterday, but for damn sure wish to today.
Through your
conversations, marketing, and research. If you are not “hearing” what people
are saying about your brand. Take off your rose colored glasses! They will prevent you from seeing the true
picture and knowing if something is wrong or not. Then you must seek out what is not being perceived and received correctly.
Every move
that you make, you will be judge you by. What, When, Where, and How your audience sees that Painted Picture. That you have
been altering ever so slightly Weekly, Monthly, and/or Daily. Daily! Hourly on the Web whatever it Takes! To stay Young and
Beautiful in the general Populations eyes. It may not be fair, but it’s the way we humans work. And once a foul taste
is left in our mouths about something, it’s very difficult to remove. Let alone get someone to try and taste again.
How Do you Turn Twitter in to Sales?
Choose a niche market and generalize It into your brand. Make everyone want what you Got; even though they don’t
even know what it is yet. As we have never heard of an I-Pad before and I still don’t know what they can do yet exactly
I still Desire One. There is incredible power in being seen as an expert. Experts are not good at everything, they’re
amazing at one thing.
People are looking for experts, not to Step up into a Twitter Strategy for their business. These things
are still fairly new to the general Population, but they won’t be for much longer. Promote with Twitter, Facebook, Myspace,
and whomever, whenever, and whatever they are currently doing. While always looking forward to and for the next new trend.
The People of the General Population are Sheep or Followers they are Sheepeoples!
Set up your Key Messages before
they see them coming! Start discussions with your Niche Followers find them RIGHT Now Today! People that will increase your
revenues! People who are the trend-setters. For they like to say something about everything in a general manner of fact-ness.
Small business branding, is no different Bull Hokey its much more personal when the weight falls on the owner. His traits, personality, and genuineness
will present themselves in every arena of their business.This is how small business relationships
are built and maintained. It allows for a rap-pore and a trust to be established. Which of course we all know by now is at
the core of every successful business relationship. A relationship that exists, but is
not often seen.
Remember that you cannot choose a brand that is different from what and who you are and do. Know who you are! As
a Person, as a Business Leader, and as a Company Owner. Know what you can offer to your audience. For if you don’t you’ll
find yourself Lacking.
You are never separate from your brand, but It
can be separated from you. Everything that you are and you stand for, should be infused into your brand.
The branding is you. And once
you’ve made that impression, you and what You/ your Business, and your company stand
for! This will never be forgotten.
